Overview

Crevion ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted poster design tools. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what's needed to run the product, we never sell your data, and your designs are yours.

1 · Data we collect

Account data (name, email) via our sign-in provider; content you create (designs, uploads, brand kits); usage events (features used, generation counts); and payment records processed by Stripe — we never see full card numbers.

2 · How we use it

To operate and improve the product, personalise AI output to your brand kit, process purchases and payouts, and send the notifications you've enabled in Settings. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3 · AI & your content

Designs you generate are yours. We may use anonymised generation data (prompts without personal identifiers) to improve our AI model. You can opt out by contacting support. We use Together AI for model inference and OpenAI for parsing — neither stores your content after the request completes.

4 · Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (Clerk session tokens) and performance cookies (Sentry error tracking). We do not use advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences via the cookie banner shown on first visit, or by clearing this site's cookies to see it again.

5 · Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@crevion.com. We respond within 30 days. You can also request account deletion from Account → Settings → Danger Zone.
