Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your account settings at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to the free plan. No questions asked.
What happens to my designs if I downgrade?
All your saved designs stay exactly as they are — you keep full access to them. You'll lose access to paid export formats (PDF, SVG) and AI generations above the free monthly limit, but nothing is deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any Pro features. Object purchases may be refunded within 30 days. Template purchases are final. Reach out to support@crevion.com and we'll sort it out.
Is the annual plan billed as one payment?
Yes — the annual plan is charged as a single upfront payment (e.g. $168/year vs $240/year on monthly). You save 30% compared to paying month-to-month.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can upgrade to annual from your account settings at any time. The switch is prorated — you'll only pay for the remaining time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. We do not currently accept PayPal or cryptocurrency.
